I'm sorry but this film missed the mark for me. It could not make up its mind whether it was a run of the mill American disaster movie, a poke at USA politics or a comedy. Any jokes were signposted so far in advance that they had no impact and it was only the actors who were in on the fact that there were supposed to be amusing scenes who milked the thin fare. Overall one of these films I sat through hoping that it would have some redeeming feature but thinking that I had just wasted two hours.
