I watched the whole season 1, and as someone who really enjoys musical comedy... this didn't fully do. Here are my many reasons. There are so many talented people in the industry, yet they still found actors that couldn't sing for some main roles, (though i'd like to point out that some realness can be good, but i'd had loved to enjoy it more artistically). I also didn't like many of the montages and coreographes, i was expecting more diversity in the dances, and talent tbh. I am very sick of this love traingle plot, and I'm pretty sure more people are too... yet this show does it again, and not quite succesfully either. I really didn't find chemistry between Zoey and Simon. With Max, it was a bit better, but the storyline was just off. I know we can't expect realness with these kind of shows, but come on bro, how come she never work or be the leader she plays. On the bright side however, i have to say i LOVED Mo, Alex Newell ya did it again, always rocking it. His partner too tbh, really enjoyed "Bailamos". I don't know what the process of losing someone you love is like, but i think they covered that part very good. I would not rewatch this show, nor watch the second season (plus there are many negative reviews on that one). Anyways, that was my opinion, I hope it helped. Oh, another thing, I didn´t like the songs they chose for the show, and Zoeys character was quite plain, but I still managed to watch the entire season somehow. Goodbye.
