I've been a Registerd nurse for over 18 yrs....so many mistakes & untrue portrayal of what really goes on in a hospital. Doing direct patient care and different specialties means not all nurses can jump departments. I draw the line when they want to show a nurse doing unethical things like stealing medications. Couldn't finish the first episode I had planned to watch.
