Amy Waggoner (Waggs)

This show had potential when it first started. I love Brittany Snow and was excited to see her on the small screen. But as with every other show out there, this one in short order turns Edie’s narrative from being a smart, successful, driven woman, to nothing more than a bumbling fool trying to figure out her sexuality, as if that’s the only story line out there for strong successful women. Instead of allowing the character to overcome the temptation and honor her marriage and do the right thing, it follows the same pattern as everything else, and honestly every time she’s on screen I just skip her scenes, because they have so little to do now with the big picture. Oh well. Here’s hoping the next show has better, more thoughtful writers instead of this “fast-food, fries with that” junk they keep pushing out. #dobetterFOX
