Pathetatic service from hometown. I have been waiting from past 10 days but I have still not received my products. Customer care service is extremely poor. I have called 10 times but there is no response from their end. It takes 30 minutes to connect and most of time I was put on hold for 10 minutes and later call gets disconnected. I have tried to reach hometown staff members Nagraj and Ganesh nobody does bother to pay attention. I so wish I have never paid entire amount and bought the product to hometown. Any scope of rating below 1? I would put that as my experience
