Really liked it, a time loop movie that made sense

Alita takes the three act structure and scrambles it in the pan, its story is confusing and world building is lack luster. Its visually pleasing but has nothing to say

I watch it I kinda like it but it doesn't wow me. Carmen SanDiego is different from other cartoons show in that its not about super powered superheroes or other things outside the realm of possibility but it leaves me wanting more from the characters.
