A truly superb version of the Dickens' classic. Patrick Stewart is sublime. The supporting cast is top notch too. Some great actors. Look out for Dominic West (the Affair) as nephew Fred. Richard E Grant as Bob Cratchitt inter alia. Just rewatched it Christmas Eve 2020 as I have a DVD given away free by a daily newspaper. Very authentic locations used too. Thoroughly recommended.
