Brilliant. I recently rewatched Fargo and I can see where this (excellent) writer gets her inspiration. It’s much like Fargo in setup with a little Three Billboards as exposition backdrop regarding family history and tragedy. Most performances are above par but three are stellar, the lead woman Sarah, her sister, and newcomer Tommy. Two tortured characters set on a collision course but one has psychopathic tendencies. Notably not overwrought like Killing Eve though. I actually loved that it’s so reminiscent of Fargo because it’s a hundred times better. Big improvement in structure, character depth, and storyline. Gripping bingewatch worthy drama with a little Brit dry wit thrown in. Looking for more from this writer and actress!
