I like the show I watch it often. I have always wondered one thing but it will probably not get anywhere. As Bobby is the consummate chef why should he get 45 minutes to do his challenge. Allow those who want a chance to beat him the 45 minutes and then make Bobby beat the challenger in 20 minutes. I believe this would be awesome and more challenging for Bobby.
