IMO, such vegan dieting, while somewhat "healthy" with regards to increased antioxidant, reduced fatty acid/HDL and reduced carcinogen intake, does not equate to high protein consumption, excessive athletic performance and/or muscle mass, particularly in the absence of "performance enhancing" substances, such as exogenous testosterone and GH analogues. Shortly into viewing this documentary, I felt there was far too much poorly researched propaganda, relying on a small biased sample population and questionable "ancient" philosophy. Thus, I would view "The Game Changers" with exteme skepticism, prior to advocating and/or committing to somewhat radical lifestyle changing decisions.
