All this book does is try to further the racial divide. We have greatly changed since the 1960s and before. This author and people like her just wants to continue with excuses for everything. No one living today is responsible for slavery. Also all black people do not think the same or have the same experiences just like white people. It's people like her and others who discuss the past all the time and never want to move on from it. We know what happened. It's not happening today. There are other reasons for the things that go on today, partly because there are too many race baiters. Race is a made up social construct to divide. No one is born racist, it is taught and keeps being taught in schools an institutions. Instead they should be teaching people to move on and that we are not dealing with that today and that no race is better or higher up than another. No such thing as systematic racism, that's why no one can point out a racist law today. Or point to the exact problem.
