Really looked forward to this, but the whole thing was a mess and the graphics etc made the whole subject seem more about the graphic artists that worked on this documentary rather than the subject matter. I lost interest quickly, and after about 20 minutes I just didn't care about what had gone on at A&F. It didn't dig very deep and ultimately seemed to be more about tearing down Bruce Weber and ex-staff moaning about not getting extra hours to make more pay. The bottom line is for a period A&F was a great business, the stores were an amazing experience, putting the topless guys at the entrances was genius and blacking out the windows so you couldn't see inside a clever move. Really, A&F wasn't any different to Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein, but it pushed the whole sex angle just that bit further.
