I love this show. My heart goes out to each of these people who have to face battles like this. My main reason for my post is to say that the dark headed lady that calls patients back comes across as so RUDE with her NOSE IN THE CLOUDS. She never smiles and shows no compassion for the patients. I wish they would fire her. Where is the love and compassion for others? The patients on this show get up and put their pants on one leg at a time just everyone else.
