Like most, I haven't been able to stop listening to Ms. Swift's 8th studio album. Matching the echelons of Tapestry, Rumors and Blue, Folklore lands as a legacy record for the already accoladed artist.
As a `stan`, I am quite proud of Taylor for her bountiful creativity and work ethic to create such a record during these unprecedented times. In Folklore, Taylor pens the past into the present, hence the album's accurate title. Imbued with emotion, we hear and feel the catharsis that takes place as she untangles her past hurts, desires and fears.
In my humble opinion, this album does what most artists can't - it engages the listener. With each track Folklore seduces the lazy listener into the sagacity of her story.
