I honestly love this show, it's fascinating to watch and see how the process works and to know that it DOES work. People say the agents are rude, you know what else is rude? Making someone take you to court, then not only not paying the person back, but you're not even going to try and sort a payment plan out with them, forcing them to pay for it to be sent to the high court. Also always find it hilarious that the people who "definitely can't afford it" suddenly can when they're at risk of losing another expensive item. Very hard to find their begging and tears genuine. Final thoughts, the councils are a huge problem, giving actual advice to people to "wait until the high court bailiffs kick you out or we can't help you before then" now THAT is disgusting and should absolutely keep being shown off in this show.
