Thanks for nothing HBO. This show and main character, Kenny, are really boring and montinous and beyond irritating. Time to discover the English dictionary and language HBO. Is this show popular because of All the graphic sex scenes ? Was this main character modeled after an ex president, perchance ? Live and learn, can't trust high ratings.

I enjoy watching SciFi plots, always inventive and interesting plus it takes your mind to another plateau. This plot was so disjointed in it's back and forth in time it made no sense to me. It seemed to have no focus point or make any sense, logical or illogical, the central character was here and not here by what means was the cause, his or his flight response. BBottom genes

Plausible plot as we are in the midst of climate control right now. As far as all the spacecraft technology goes that at the present time is wishful thinking. But the imagination of all of it is great. So glad there was no space monster lurking sbout somewhere. Yes there was a bad apple but as usual it is another human.

This is the perfect movie to watch on Thanksging Holiday. Families get together, initially all kisses and hugs and as the different dinners progress all the dirty laundry slowly creeps out and people start saying what they really think. It is the classic family hidden agendas that lie undisturbed until the truth starts coming out. This portrays 4 different ethnic family cultures in LA.

Did someone hold a gun to Matthew's head to make this movie of mish mash inane pointless not funny schticks. This may have been better received in the 1970's when the hippie subculture was in vogue. Now it is just stupid and frankly embarrassing to watch, bad acting, story line etc. You might say, a Stinker all around. All for money I can only gues.

While all the resemblance to actual behind the scenes current events, ie. "What goes on in the back room behind closed doors" is the imagination of the writers this makes this a fascinating political show to watch and as it somewhat mirrors actual events this gives one a small inkling how the cogs of government and bureacracies of this country interacts with foreign governments that are not necessarily friendly toward to us.

I don't require a happy ending to a plot/story but I do require a resolved concrete no guessing ending which this sad tragic tale is remiss. That's just me, I don't enjoy being left wondering what really happened. To me that is just being so clever and artsy fartsy. Phooey !

Hands down the entire movie is an interesting look on what goes on backstage that the public generally does not see or know about. My only criticism is what numbskull thought white subtitles against a mostly white or very light background was a good idea. A little foresight here would have made the viewing much more enjoyable.

I happen to enjoy watching movies based on historical or somewhat imagined facts. This movie was totally absorbing and portrayed by all the actors in a beautiful world landmark setting. To wonder what life was like in a previous time period of history I find to be fascinating. It is one thing to come across a piece of history whether through artist paintings, sculptures, a well researched history but it is illuminating to see the birth.
