Really beautiful California Mojave. Awesome young Henry Silva, but, the story is weak. Super demeaning to women as it references the need to cook by a woman about 10 times. The premise is weak. People are kept alive for confusing reasons - the star in this case. It's just not that believable. Unfortunate because the filming is truly wonderful.

The singing was fun. The forced drama that was used to make the story interesting and the direction seemed like a stretch. There was a lot of poor acting. Huey Lewis is not a good actor. The story was clunky. I didn't like the flow and many things seemed jarring to me.
