It's a great book overall, the work is very well done. But the point of Ida B being able to talk to trees is a confusing part.

I love Norah's romantic feelings for Andrew, and how he reacted to it, by saying Norah was too young. How understanding Norah was, politely agreeing and realizing she couldn't have married Andrew anyhow!!

Though it wasn't nearly as good as The Sky is Falling and Looking at the Moon, it is still quite an astonishing book. Gavin faces surprising changes and scary challenges, all forcing him to be brave.

I think this is a frightening film, but it's a very good movie. I like the books better, though.
