3 judges? For small claims? They are only doing it this way for the sensationalism it creates. Obviously there is one judge who turns it into a circus by making unsubstantiated assumptions and accusations, and loves to scream and rant at the litigants, interrupt them, asks questions that she doesn't allow the respondent to answer, and doesn't even seem to have read through the case thoroughly nor listens to responses as she constantly gets information wrong. She is judge Judy with blond hair. There is one judge who seems completely calm, reasonable, and attentive. And finally, one judge who is somewhere in the middle, though much closer to the latter. It creates tension and a sensational atmosphere to otherwise very mundane, boring court cases. This show is basically Judge Judy with babysitters (to ensure a reasonable verdict).
