I was looking forward to this movie as I've loved the character of Natasha since IM2 and waited patiently for it to become available on Disney+. For me it was well worth the wait; I loved it. The action sequences were outstanding and exciting. I found the relationships between the former "Ohio Family" a tad shallow but the hurt and bitterness and the feeling of betrayal that the "girls" felt was raw and right on the surface; so much unsaid. Glad to have found out what Loki meant by "Drakov's daughter" when shoving Natasha's gushing ledger in her face. I was looking forward to finding out about the hospital fire but that wasn't brought up (unless I missed it somehow). Scarlett Johansen is always fabulous and I've enjoyed her role as Natasha all these years; she's certainly lived a life! What was it that made her head West? How did she end up with S.H.I.E.L.D. (Clint?)? Why was Clint sent to kill her and then decide not to? I wanted more of all that background. I loved, loved, loved Florence Pugh's performance! So tough, such an efficient killer, such a hurt young girl. Great quips and loved her take on Natasha's "landing" pose or stance. I watched it twice, in part, just for her. First saw her in Little Women where she also distinguished herself. Wasn't that impressed with the Red Guardian, although David Harbor was really good. He just didn't seem to me like a menacing enough Russian spy. His hang-up on being Captain America's counterpart was silly to me; maybe that was supposed to be tongue in cheek; not sure. I thought it was just sad. Rachel Weisz was good as Ohio mom. She was enjoying playing house in Ohio and didn't want to go back. I felt she was fairly loving "mom" and was hurt for the girls future and how they ended up. I'll watch it a few more times just like all the MCU films I'm addicted to and catch all I missed.
