One of the hardest watches I have ever seen. Those poor people. The bravery shown by the people involved was second to none. I saw this on the news when it happened, but obviously I didn’t see what was actually happening. Hopefully lessons were learnt so something like this would never happen again.

Switched off after 30 minutes. I found Lapkus totally annoying as she just shouted a lot and behaved like an itch that just can’t be scratched. It would have been better if she would have pulled back on her acting style? There were moments when I did actually laugh, but this was superseded by total boredom of the obvious storyline and over the top/shouty acting. I rarely give up on a movie once I start watching but this was an exception to that rule!

Wasn’t sure what to expect. Thought it might be another dire American comedy but was pleasantly surprised at how funny it was. Definitely not for the easily offended and there is plenty of swearing throughout, but definitely worth a watch. It has the feel of the original Vacation film with Chevy Chase ( who makes an appearance at the the end) but the comedy has notched up a level. The cast is well chosen and believable as the new Griswalds.
