I enjoyed season 1 and am just starting season 2.
I really appreciated the historical perspective and the insights shared by the various historians throughout each episode. What is really alarming is how our society seems to be paralleling the Roman Empire's path to self-destruction. I pray we are not doomed to follow in their footsteps. Time will only tell.
