Lee Burnside

I've been a science fiction fan for 50 years, and as such, Dune is not my favorite book, but seriously, I fell asleep three times during the movie. The 1984 version at least had me invested until the voice-powered weaponry and Sting's God awful performance killed any interest I had, but this utterly emotionless garbage had me bored to tears inside 15 minutes. A giant smoking hole in the cinematic landscape.
