ratcp #2966 Nazi ratzi Description: ratcp #2966 is what appears to be a cross breed between a white rat and a German nazi form ww2, its roughly estimated that its a least 45 years old and is 3ft tall, making the tallest ratcp ever. This ratcp has a lot more human features that rat, the only rat like features on him is his long snout, square teeth, and funny ears. His clothing consists of a black leather jacket, black demon pants, and round sun glasses. Behavior: ratcp #2966 trots around in circles angry spending most of the day plotting some kind of plan, while doing so he chants in an odd language that sounds like German but clearly isn't (example: Wiwiwiwiwi!!!! he says that) However when he stop spinning around he grabs some wood and makes a little carving that vaugly resemble WW2 figures such as Winston Churchill, Joseph Stalin, and most commonly Adolf Hitler. ratcp #2966 will then proceed to place them on his desk before picking out a phat glob od snot and rubbing it all over the carving, then a rat in said carving cloths it hatch out of the wood and run away, these rats will them go and light fires everywhere they go. Containment procedures: ratcp #2966 is to be kept in a small black room in cite 05, he is required to be fed corn and shrimp every meal, afterward super personnel are required to go in and pick all the phat snot out of his nose and deep clean it out with bleach.
