Behavior: ratcp #2966 trots around in circles angry spending most of the day plotting some kind of plan, while doing so he chants in an odd language that sounds like German but clearly isn't (example: Wiwiwiwiwi!!!! he says that) However when he stop spinning around he grabs some wood and makes a little carving that vaugly resemble WW2 figures such as Winston Churchill, Joseph Stalin, and most commonly Adolf Hitler. ratcp #2966 will then proceed to place them on his desk before picking out a phat glob od snot and rubbing it all over the carving, then a rat in said carving cloths it hatch out of the wood and run away, these rats will them go and light fires everywhere they go.
