Honestly, when i was reading the summary, it said that Maddy and Cole would be close again but in the end, they were actually pretty distant. I had a feeling that Cole didn't really want to reconnect the way he didn't talk to her and when he pushed Maddy away. On the contrary, i really liked the character Maddy because she showed that being true to yourself and not being popular is 10 times better than being popular but changing to who people wants you to be. Another thing, i think that the principal was just weird and inappropriate in this movie. Other than this, i found that some of the characters fit in really good and it made the perspective better but some characters could of been taking off and it would of maybe change the viewers felling towards this movie. I really hoped that Maddy and cole to be closer after what they been through, and was disappointed. Lastly, i think the writer should of put more modern high school to make it more relatable. So, as that said, i'll give this a 3 stars. The movie was good to me.
