Not sure how to describe this movie other than difficult to watch. The traps set by the kid was probably the hardest thing to watch, I can't get past the burned feet and the way in which it happened was less slap stick comedy and more, "this looks painful and I can't watch this." The cringy overall message is really shoved in there at the end and seemed a bit unnecessary. Some scenes were definitely funny, but very few. I loved the references to the original Home Alone, but was bummed it was super pointed out. That's a personal preference as I love seeing the Easter eggs rather than having them pointed out by the movie and explained. Overall, this movie was definitely a one time watch, and I wouldn't really suggest it.
