It's not an exaggeration to say that this game ruined Video Games for me. I'd played a lot of RPGs before This one and a a few pretty good ones after, but they all pale in comparison to the Witcher 3. I think this is in large part to how incredible the source material is on top of the incredible stories, world building and gameplay. Regardless, other game fail to excite me hardly at all after playing this game. I've never been more immersed in any entertainment product, either a game, TV Show or Movie as I was this Game. To be clear, I'm not telling anyone not to play because they'll want to quit playing video games, (which you might) I'm telling anyone reading this that you HAVE to try this game because of how special it is. Calling the Witcher 3 a Masterpiece would be an understatement.

This can’t really have “The Witcher” in the title. After two seasons of the main series deviating far too much from the books , this prequel series takes it a step further. It’s an abomination of such an awesome fantasy world to be frank. The acting, fight scenes and cinematography have their moments, but overall don’t offer enough to make up for its’ callous disregard for storytelling or world building. There’s also an unfortunate yet, hard to describe sense that what you’re watching isn't really in the “past”. Perhaps the whole thing just isn't believable. Shameful botch job from Netflix.
