Usually, I don't watch TV as I simply don't have time. Then came Messiah. I was intrigued by the words Al-Masih said in the first episode, which I only heard because my husband was watching. It was so intriguing, I believe the writers truly understand what it means to be with God to have created such lines. I couldn't wait to watch each episode, though it did move a bit slow at times. I hid during more violent scenes (memories), and relished the moments when Al Masih counciled others (the scene with the prostitute was so emotional). I am now rewatching/listening so I can write down the inspiring lines which - honestly - have brought great comfort to me. I look forward to another season!
