I love designer fashion competitions. I was skeptical at first about this one, thinking why have a contest with already-established designers? But I grew to love them, just like on Project Runway. The concept is slightly different; having seamstresses but still having hands-on work to do is a nice change. Liked the judges. I warmed up to Naomi as the show progressed. She turned out to be quite warm and good with the designers and her judging. Not so great items: 1) The Tim/Heidi cutaways seemed silly and contrived (Heidi acts a bit obnoxious sometimes, Tim is always full of class), and 2) (worst ever, for me), the MUSIC would come up SO loud in between dialogues and was super distracting and annoying, like commercials do when you're watching a tv show. Regardless, I'd watch again! I wish Esther would have won, but Jonny was great too.
