a cathartic dense movie that oozes the Safdie Bros unique and quite frankly gorgeous style. Daniel Lopitans phenomenal work once again finds itself in the work of these two virtuosos and Sandler's performance ties this film's incredible gift in a flawless ribbon that has me both. smiling and reeling from the tension I felt at the twilight of this film's run. well done to all involved

An excellent show of mixing, sampling and musicianship here. a truly meditative and dark plunge into a unique mood, that has inspired so many copycats it would be impossible to number. an important album to say the least.

this is gonna have an impression, on a lot of people. please listen to this album it really is something else. it wears its influences on its sleeves and marches on proud with a serene melancholia
