If you have a daughter or sister in their teens or older, you might want to recommend this movie to them or best, watch together with them. Far too long, our society has been brainwashing us to accept things that are unacceptable, annoying, even humiliating, harassing. Discrimation, stereotyping, patriarchy has become so common in schools, college, advertisements, entertainment, workplaces that forget about raising voice against it, we’ve learned to ignore it or even consider it fun. Moxie is a wake-up call. It’s not okay to be sexist. It’s not okay to discriminate someone or make fun of someone just because they are different. It’s not okay to touch someone when that makes them uncomfortable. It’s not okay to comment on someone’s choice of dressing. And it’s not okay to forcefully have sex with someone without their consent, even if they are a girlfriend or wife. And it’s not okay to always tell the girls to behave while never teaching boys manners & respect. Moxie reminds you that. It reminds you to take a stand for what’s right, even when you are afraid. Early in your life. I loved this Netflix movie. Nothing extraordinary. But a simple story with a strong message. Diversity. Inclusiveness. Equality. If we still don’t learn these, teach the next generations then how are we a modern progressive society?

Go see this movie just for the ending, if not anything else. I'd love to see my country, India in this way! 🇮🇳 Can't remember another Bollywood movie portraying Communal Harmony such brilliantly. It's hard not to get emotional, not having goosebumps and not giving an applause. In today's time when hate and discrimination is dividing our beautiful country, someone needed to remind us why and how can we stay united. And in a filmy way, the language youth will understand. Trust me, that matters. When a group of morons from each religion is brainwashing naive common people to hate and stand against people from other religions, hope this movie can bring sense to those and make them understand the strength in unity. Phew! Now coming to usual review ... Went to see Vidyut Jammwal 's action sequences. Plain and simple. Watched his every movies till date and will do the same for all his future movies. He is as brilliant as ever in the action scenes, specially hand to hand combats. But wish there were more actions. Someday would love to see this guy in a first to last action packed movie like John Wick or War. Surprise was Angira Dhar & Adah Sharma S 's action sequences! Wow! Can't remember seeing bollywood actresses in better action sequences. Kudos to director Aditya Datt for breaking Bollywood stereotype by including actresses in hard core action sequences. Overall script was good, nothing extraordinary or full of twists and surprises. First half was quite fast paced, whereas the second half started a bit slow. But the ending was brilliantly written. And Gulshan Devaiah! God! Loves his acting most as the villain. Calm and scary. Spine chilling. Overall this is definitely atleast a one time watch. I wish the message at the end of the movie reaches every single Indians and actually makes a difference in bringing back the harmony and unity that were our identity.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the most inspiring movies I have ever seen! Dear Women, you need to see this movie, without miss. Went to this movie without any expectations. Didn't pay much attention to the trailer. But the movie literally shook me! Honestly I didn't pay much attention to the acting or cinematography etc, actually I couldn't. The premise of the story (based on real people) fascinated me from the very beginning. Two women in their sixties, who has spent entire life oppressed without an identity, living in a remote village, rising up to become national sharp shooting champions! Overcoming literally insurmountable challenges to finally create their identity and build a better future for the women in their family and community. Wow! Became fan of the 'Shooter Dadis' 🥰 Bhumi Pednekar was brilliant as ever as one of the Dadis, 'Chandro Tomar'. I liked Taapsee Pannu as well as another Dadi 'Prakashi Tomar' (though Khushi didn't like her acting). Prakash Jha acted so well as a negative character that I literally wanted to throw a shoe at him after hearing 'Yeh to hona hi tha' million times. De-glam real characters, a real raw village set & actually a meaningful story that needed to be told - ah! Wish to see more such films in bollywood. That'll only be possible, if we audience go to watch these movies and support them. Go watch this movie. If you ever thought that you are too old to do something, you need to watch this movie. Dear Women, if you are ignored or oppressed just because you don't have an identity, know that you can change that no matter how old you are. If 'Shooter Dadis' could do this, why can't you?

Light and darkness, both has been part of Maleficent, just like rest of us. Is she a hero or a villain? After the last part of the story, why is she still considered as evil? This sequel takes you to a spectacular journey to find that answer. We loved the first part but we loved this part more! Not only this 2nd part is one step ahead in mind-boggling visuals and special effects, we loved this storyline more. Angelina Jolie was fantastic as usual. She plays this complex character with so much ease, owning the light & darkness both! Rest of the characters played their parts well, though Maleficent overshadowed all. Above all, the movie delivers a beautiful message, just like the last one. Not only for the children, but also for the adults, there is some real eye opening lessons. We are living in a time where leaders are instilling fear in their followers by portraying some evil in the world, using that fear to start violence & gain power. This movie opens your eyes to that manipulation and shows you that there is a better way with love, peace & coexistence. A very delightful watch indeed.

Brilliant movie! Must watch. Incredible entertainer with a brilliant message! Went to this movie with least expectations. Honestly thought we'd skip this one. Glad we didn't. Watching the trailer we thought it might be another Student of the Year story. But the movie was way different and better than both SOY 1 & 2. In fact, comparing with SOY would be totally unfair. Let's start with the theme. That's the most precious element in this movie. This topic needed to be discussed. Every single day all of us (specially young students) are participating in various competitions & races in life. Everyone around us including movies, stories, media tell us the rewards of winning. But alas, only a few can win & the majority must lose. That's how the system is built. What happens to those who lose? Can they survive? Is it possible for them to thrive? Chhichhore took up this theme in '3 Idiots' style & presented us a very entertaining Bollywood flick. Next praise worthy thing is the set & ambience. Unlike KJ movies, where college & hostels look like 5 star establishments that feels totally fake, college & hostel scenes in Chhichhore looked so real. If you've spent a significant period of your life in hostel like me, you'll be able to relate to a lot of things in the movie. It'll make you nostalgic. It'll take you to a trip down the memory lane reminding you of your college days, friendships, lessons & struggles too. This movie celebrated true friendship. The bond that you've built in your college days, that stand by you in your most difficult phase. The movie was super fun to watch. Laughed a lot (housefull INOX audience couldn't stop laughing). Amazing punchlines & jokes. All characters played their roles decently. In fact, I felt the supporting characters did a bit better than Sushant & Sharddha. Varun Sharma was amazing. Loved seeing Ranjan Raj from the TVF web series Kota Factory in a small yet significant role. The movie might not become a blockbuster or a huge financial success. But it'll occupy a part of your heart, taking you through an emotional roller coaster. Far from making you bored (like sitting in blockbuster Saaho 😠) it'll shock you, make your eyes moist, cheer you, make you laugh, make you wonder, make you pray, make you wait in anticipation & make you feel warm & happy when the movie ends. And if you've ever been called a LOSER, I hope this movie will change your perspective about the word. Go & watch this movie. Take your siblings, kids. This is a movie of hope & friendship that everyone should watch.

High budget spectacular disaster. A movie that had the potential to be India's best action mystery movie, matching Hollywood standard, turned out to be a slow, boring, weakly written, too filmy & even hilarious (not in a good way) one. Loved Prabhas' most movies, even before Bahubali. Saaho was his one of the worst, if not The Worst. Acting wasn't impressive from anyone. Prabhas Shraddha chemistry didn't feel that great. Even the combat scenes weren't that good. Some non combat action scenes were great, so were some shots of spectacular places. But without a solid script, the film fell flat. Tragedy is that the story had some really amazing twists. A good director could have made it into a memorable one if not masterpiece. But the film felt like Race 3 where audience continuously became impatient & couldn't wait for it to end. Imax audience was irritated beyond measures, some left in between, most kept laughing even at the most serious scenes. One person even shouted 'Jai Mahismati' 😂 not being able to tolerate the torture anymore. If you skip this movie, you won't miss much.

Full on entertainment! If you enjoy larger than life action movies like Fast & The Furious, Mission Impossible, John Wick etc this one is a must watch. Packed with action of every manner - hand to hand combats, fire powers, badass car chases & boom 💥 Lots of it! It'll not leave you dissatisfied, wanting for more. Every single scene and specially the action sequences are brilliantly filmed. Fast paced, keeping viewers on the edge. And sometimes you can't help but say it aloud 'Wow! What was that!'. The story is as good as you can expect in such high level action movies. Dwayne Johnson & Jason Statham not only delighted with their mind blowing action sequences but even more with their interactions. Their on screen chemistry is superb and perfect to ensure more movies in this series. Idris Elba played the role of the super villain perfectly. Vanessa Kirby was awesome! The movie is quite funny. Making IMAX audience cheer, cat whistle isn't easy. Had quite a few solid punchlines and pop culture references. Full package of a movie I must say. Thoroughly enjoyed and would be waiting for the sequel. P.S. There are quite a few surprises that I don't want to spoil. AND WAIT TILL THE END OF CREDIT. WAIT. 😊

A brilliantly made psychological thriller that'll keep you on the edge of your seat, till the end. It's witty, funny, twisty and sometimes a bit disturbing as well. Loved the story line (is it a remake?) & the film making. Very unique compared to other bollywood movies. And thank God, it doesn't spoil the mystery from the beginning! Brilliant casting. Kangana & Rajkumar Rao had the most screen time. And they gave their best! Pure acting. Kangana vs Rajkumar was a very interesting duel to watch. Rest of the supporting casts did quite justice in whatever little screen time they had. Sounds played a very important role in creating the ambience and suspence throughout the movie. And the story wrapped up pretty well considering the disturbing phases it went through. Do give it a watch and let us know what you think. Btw, the way this movie has treated mental health issue and terms associated with it, are questionable. But if you consider their elaborate disclaimer in the beginning & watch it as an Entertainment, you might be able to forgive the makers on that front. P.S. Don't miss the full form of GST. 😆😜
