The best ever movie I've ever watched. Classic and yet so modern. This movie revolves around Our hero-Andy Dufrene, who is an innocent trapped in Shawshank prison. He made friends with Red(Morgan Freeman), who is in jail and others. Andy's innocence+hope pushed him improve the prison library, handle accounts of officers, including Warden's. Also Andy had passion for studying stones (geology) with this he was able to escape from the prison after 20 years. He also exposed the corruption, murder etc taking place withing Shawshank. Best movie!! Must watch!!!

A book written from a girl who lived in Pakistan, having humourous wits and lively childhood in the shed of her dad (Dr. Sadiq). This book describes the life of her mother, her house-maid:Laxmi, her grandma and finally her dad who also had another life. The author tries to show us the web of relations associated with author and her close relatives. A good, cozy read with the touch of humour and emotion.
