I’ve read the series and was so looking forward to the TV series. I find the main character of Diana Bishop to be flat and boring. I see no chemistry between her and Matthew. Diana always has a flat expression, voice devoid of emotion... she always sounds like she is bored. If this is how the director is seeing this character or it’s the actress... either way the show is sun-par.
