This book is essentially the result of someone reading online tutorials on BASIC subjects and then putting them into a book. Really, very basic and poorly written. I've never seen this author's work before but I'm amazed anyone published this. The quality of the publishing is sketchy as well. Very cheaply done. There is literally nothing in this book that you can't easily find online with better explanation. If this guy has a doctorate degree, I'd be suspect as to what institution would grant it.
