I really enjoy the game's story, but the open world just seems tacked on and incomplete. I feel that Keanu's character silver handedly carried the whole game and was its saving grace. I like the foundation that has been laid, but outside of just doing the story, the game is empty and buggy. I will alter my review if future patches and DLC improve it, but right now it is incomplete.
