The first time I heard of this story was when this case aired on Forensic Files, due to the evidence of blood spatter on his pants was how he was found guilty! Convicted, he spends 8 years in prison and now this! After watching this on Netflix, and hearing how the blood spatter was tampered with, I’m not so sure, makes you think could this guy be innocent! They keep trying to drag in his sexual affairs with other males in the case! Maybe his wife did accept him knowing or not about his personal sexual preference, maybe she didn’t, that doesn’t make him a murderer! I’m not saying he’s innocent, but prosecution made lots of mistakes! People’s lives rely on lab results, handling of blood and evidence! Deaver, on whose statement the Jury based their guilty verdict on, committed perjury! When you see the “professionals” returning favors and taking sides, sure makes you loose faith in our justice system! Evidence was mishandled, tampered with, and invented! Prosecutors weren’t even sure how she died, blunt force trauma, loss of blood, or strangulation! With so many unanswered questions, there is still that reasonable doubt! Sure makes you lose faith in our justice system, makes you think how many behind bars are doing time being falsely accused!
