This is by far the worst air line I have every deal with they canceled my flight with out me even knowing it until I called trying to cancel for one of the passengers then they gave me an alternative date and I thought that date was ok but it wasnt Because are hotel was for the day before and we would lose out on money. They said there is nothing they can do they can't give me my money back and I have travel insurance as well. And they representative I spoke to was soooo rude.
