It’s actually embarrassing to Chinese culture that this movie was even made. I loved Mulan and what she stood for originally, but this movie was the exact opposite of everything I liked in the animated movie. The acting was terrible, the special effects were underwhelming and it was a all over the place with its Chinese culture and lore references.
