This,in it's day,was a thriller but is quite hilarious nowadays. Nonetheless,it's a great watch because of Robert Taylor's psycho killer character and the uselessness of the US cops who even back then were shooting into crowds of innocent bystanders(some things never change)only surprise was the people were all white. However,it's Pat Hitchcock (Alfie's daughter)who steals the show with her throwaway lines. Well worth a watch and for a 70 year old film,l reckon it deserves the 5 star rating. Outstandingly funny.
