The worst thing you could do to your weekend.

If anythings, it's a rip off of the original one. In the original one Tom Hanks carried a normal expression and let his dialogue delivery and body language tell the story. Aamir on the other hand tries hard to look like a moron and delivers dialogues in a way that sounds so artificial. Total let down.

Gut-wrenching! Blunt! Eye-Opening! I have always sympathized with Kashmiri Hindus but this was the first time I got to walk in their shoes, to see Kashmir through their eyes and to live the terror. The Kashmir Files is blunt ugly unheard truth of the natives of Kashmir. It is such an audacious and well-documented movie about something so unfortunate yet untalked-of. The Kashmir Files gives voice to the unheard cries of Kashmiri Pandits echoing and haunting us after 30 years. That's how you make a movie when you're dealing with sensitive subjects like genocide and exodus. I would like to recommend this movie to Vidhu Vinod Chopra. Hope he learns something from it. This movie will hurt your sentiments. But I urge all of you to watch it in your nearest theatres.

Raises a very very crucial question. Bollywood should make more such films. The R&D team of the movie has done pretty good work but not happy with the editing and music.
