I think the skills test is unfair as 20 minutes is not enough time for the contestants to complete the tasks they face. Also why do the judges like all the meat dishes to be rare with blood running out of them ? I would myself send them back to be fully cooked. We don’t know how long the professionals take to do their skill tests so they may well take longer than the 20 minutes they give their contestants. All in all I am disappointed with the programme.
