Finally the Superman we have been waiting for, not a dark , grim, avenger....we have the big blue boy scout. Raised to look for the good in all of us and to be a symbol of hope. At first I was not crazy about the family aspect of the show but so far it works. And the fact that the colors on his outfit are bright and stand out so he is the beacon of light that he is meant to be could not have made me happier. From the little Easter eggs and nods to Superman's rich history, to the nerdy Clark Kent, to the Lane and Kent partnership.....this show hits all of the right notes. This is the Superman you grew up with.
