The DVD box asserts that Scarlett Johansson evolves into “a merciless warrior.” However, she’s actually just a hapless young hipster who overdoses on a new drug that triggers evolutionary brain development. Hence, she doesn’t really evolve “into” anything – rather, as she becomes able to use higher and higher percentages of her brain’s capacity, she becomes formidable, but she’s more mastermind than assassin.
