Incredible Musical, was wildly entertaining from start to finish. Perfectly cast, especially For Timothee! I would see it again!

I had to watch the doco on Binge before I saw the film, as I haven't read any books about the history. The movie was engaging. I don't know why it had to be 3 hours long though. The lead actors were incredible. Cillian Murphy is absolutely incredible.

It was a feel good movie, my daughters loved it aged 7 and 11.

I have a deep attachment to the original Mary Poppins, it was hard to not compare the two lead characters. Emily Blunt seemed detached and lacked warmth, as if she was sneaking a few gins during the day. Also Julie Andrews is a pure soprano and Emily Blunt an Alto, a very important difference in how catchy the songs could be and also the style, the former being musical theatre and the latter being pseudo jazz.
