Great chemistry and splendid acting from the cast. Deborah Kerr was so understatedly magnificent and Cary Grant a worthy foil. Nice twist in the end that of Cary Grant appearing suddenly at her doorstep on new years eve and even better when he figures out who the mystery buyer was.
Most romance movies make or break in the way the lead actors manage the climax. This was more or less perfect... just wished Cary had kissed her on the lips instead of hugging her again😏
