Awful writing and some truly terrible acting. I can say from personal experience that this is as far from depicting an actual trial as the dialog is to depicting actual human speech.

The fact that this is so popular genuinely disturbs me. The show swings from cartoonish acting and dialogue to over-the-top violence that is so brutal and pointless that I found myself wondering who is enjoying this and why. Do you like watching people get shot in the head a bunch? You'll like Squid Game. Also, maybe get help.
