It was too safe. And honestly it was bad story telling. There was too many missed opportunities to both challenge new and old fans. Once again it was a nostalgia fest. But unlike the force awakens where we were introducing characters while giving the old crew their part. this movie just kinda felt heartless. Thanks jar jar Abrams you owe rian johnson apology by making a crappier movie. Atleast he took risks. Now let's let jon and dave make star wars movies atleast they know how to tell a story and play to the fans.
