This is one of the best leadership and management books of all time. I have read the book over and over again and his argument is powerful, real and practical. The sad reality is the world is has not listened to Mintzberg's advice to stop treating MBA as the bible of business leadership. The continued use of MBA as the entrance to top positions in business and leadership is sending more chaff up and leaving the leaders out of the leadership positions and the result is the global leadership disaster we are facing as exposed by the Covid-19
