I enjoyed the movie. I will day of the story was not historical accurate. The song “It is well with my soul” was written in 1873. There is a part of the movie that says it 1748 and a few seems after that John Newton’s girlfriend is singing “It is well with my soul in church which would be 125 years before it was written by Haratio Spafford.
