I really enjoy this series, and it is currently sitting on top of my favorite shows. I have to admit, the first few seasons' animation style is very rough when you are going through for the first time, but not only does it get to be amazing animation, for it being Rooster Teeth's first attempt at a serious animated series, I can't blame them, especially since I can't do better. The world that is built is so intricate and some things, one that is literally mentioned in the first episode that comes into play in the third season, and still has full significance is amazing. Also, the writing, it made me laugh, made me very pumped up, and made me absolutely bawl my eyes out on multiple occasions. The music is absolutely to die for. And the characters are so believable. Ruby is not a perfect person, she has quirks (which if I'm being honest her quirks and dorkiness are the reason I love her so much), faults, and she makes mistakes. Weiss grows SO MUCH through the series and I absolutely love her. Blake faces a lot of internal struggle which makes her so relatable. Yang starts out hotheaded and cools off as she matures. All of the characters grow so much through the series, I have yet to meet a 100% static character. They even make the villains so likeable as characters, but you still hate them for hurting your beans if that makes sense. The fights are so awesome, like for it being a series that is female protagonist led, the fights are so COOL!! The weapons are so cool (it's also a gun!!!) Overall, 9.9/10 would definitely recommend to everybody who loves shows with fantastic fantasy worlds, dynamic characters, awesome fights, romance, and humor.
